The site is located right on the bank of the river Havel where the former open-air bath was located for over 60 years (hence the address: “Zum alten Strandbad”).

The entire area has been under extensive development for the last 10 years and today constitutes one of Berlin’s most attractive housing areas. Characteristic of the area is its proximity to the water, the local marina, the beach and the park. 

Transportation and infrastructure

Public transport is excellent . Buses from the street to the local railway station _/ tube will take only 8 minutes. Then catch the train to downtown Berlin. Total journey time approx 25 minutes including bus.

Nearby you will find shops and restaurants , and in Spandau Altstadt ( 10 minutes walk ) you will find anything you need .
